In half an hour you will have a light meal. Serve your soup with some toasted bread.
On medium heat saute the onions with the mushrooms in olive oil that burns. Continue until the onions become translucent.
Add the tamari, paprika, salt and pepper and continue to saute for 5 more minutes
Add slowly, slowly the flour and stir constantly while adding little, little and the vegetable broth.
Mix until it thickens your soup and add the milk. Leave for 10 minutes and serve your soup in bowls.
1 small onion, chopped,
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. tamari (organic soy sauce you find on the shelves of supermarkets),
Salt / Pepper,
2 tbsp. flour,
1 cup vegetable broth,
1 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
