Description:
Easy and quick. Serve in big cups or soup bowls with fresh bread.
Directions
In a deep skillet, brown the meat and cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in soup and milk. Add all remaining ingredients. Heat; stir occasionally. Let it cook for 5 minutes and serve hot.
Ingredients
1 can (12 ounces) luncheon meat, cut in strips 1 medium onion, thinly sliced, 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, 1 can (10% ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup milk, 2 cups cubed cooked potatoes, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, fresh round pepper
