Description:
This a Turkish traditional recipe. You can serve it as a main meal, or to accompany chicken or lamb. If you do not like garlic, skip it.
Directions
Take olive oil and onions in a saucepan and sauté over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add the pepper and sauté for 2 more minutes. Then, add couscous and sauté 5 minutes or until they turn lightly pink. Add the tomatoes, the hot chicken broth and the sweet peas. Cover the pan and boil over low heat for about 20 minutes. Finally, add the salt, the parsley, the garlic and the black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes and turn the heat off. Set aside for 5 minutes and serve warm.

500 gr couscous, 5 tablespoons olive oil, 1 big onion chopped, 1 green pepper chopped, 1 cup fresh tomatoes diced, ½ cup sweet peas, 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped, 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 1 tablespoon salt 4-5 cups hot chicken broth Black pepper
