Description:
Serve the Black Bean Dip warm with tortilla chips and accompany with a cold beer.

Directions

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and beer, mixing well until the cheeses are melted. Add the black beans, scallions, and tomatoes, mixing well. Serve in small bowls.

Ingredients

1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened, 8 ounces Cheddar cheese with jalapeno peppers, cubed, 1/3 cup beer, 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 cup sliced scallions, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
