In a saucepan over low heat, heat condensed milk and then add the white chocolate, broken into small pieces, making sure to stir constantly until melted. Add the lime zest and macadamia nuts and mix well. Pour the mixture into a baking pan and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Cut into squares and enjoy.
